I’m Jess, the person behind Neatly Home Refresh. I’m a mum, a lover of colour, interiors, creativity and all the little things that make a house feel like home.
I live in beautiful Port Macquarie with my family, and when I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my kids, enjoying the beach, pottering around the garden or dreaming up my next little home project. I’ve always loved creating, styling and transforming spaces, and I’m happiest when I can see the difference a few thoughtful changes can make.
I’ve always been someone who loves looking after people and making them feel good. Whether it’s helping someone feel their best, transforming a space or simply taking something off someone’s plate, I love seeing the difference that a little care and attention can make.
My creative background includes owning a children’s interiors business, where I created art prints, designed wallpapers and kids’ clothing. That love of colour, styling and creating beautiful spaces has stayed with me and naturally evolved into Neatly Home Refresh.
The idea for Neatly Home Refresh came from my own experience of busy family life and the mental load that comes with it. I know how quickly the list can grow, how easily things can feel overwhelming and how good it feels when someone comes along and gives you a helping hand.
I wanted to create a service that feels personal, supportive and completely judgement-free, combining my love of homes and styling with my genuine love of helping people.
For me, it’s not about creating a perfect home. It’s about creating a home that feels good, works for your family and gives you a little more space to breathe.
And I truly love being part of that transformation. 🤍
